  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During peak periods or exclusive launches, processing times may be slightly extended

We ship internationally. Available destinations and shipping options are displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • International (including UAE, USA, etc.): 5–10 business days

We will work with the carrier to provide a suitable resolution.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or not collected:

  • Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted
